The truth is, like many of you I've had my heart broken before and I know how harsh and draining the pain could be. I've also ignored red flags, stayed longer than I should have and have been anxious, ignored, disrespected, broken, angry, abused and even depressed but I still hold on to the truth that true LOVE IS POSSIBLE. 

     

My past doesn't define me and you shouldn’t let yours define you. The past exists as a reference point for the future. Sometimes you have to go through it to grow through it. Just remember, behind every cloud is a silver lining and only you, can let the sun shine back into your life you just have to be willing to open up the windows of your heart. I NEVER SAID IT WOULD BE EASY.
